App05: Just like home – the charm of historic buildings in the centre of Duisburg

Bright, tastefully furnished and cosy flat in a well-maintained old building in the heart of Duisburg. The flat has high stucco ceilings and wooden floors, modern double glazing with roller blinds. Centrally located in Duisburg city centre near the popular Dellplatz square with many pubs and cafés. All important shopping facilities within walking distance, butcher's opposite, baker's in the building, supermarket 300 m away, underground station 30 m away, main railway station 15 minutes on foot or 2 underground stops away.

The flat is fully equipped, with a television in the living room and a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a comprehensive set of crockery and cookware in the kitchen.
