House rules

In the interests of all guests, please do not smoke in the apartment. Violations of the smoking can may result in special cleaning fees.

4) No pets

Pets are not allowed.

5) No events, parties or commercial photos/filming

It is not permitted to hold events or parties/celebrations in the rooms or to take commercial photos/film.

6) Maximum occupancy The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 adults (Exzeption Apartment 1-3: max occupancy is here 4 adults).

7) Internet use

Internet use is based on an agreement that is displayed in the apartment. If the internet is used, this is automatically subject to the rules set out.
